I agreed with you about the condition of Indian Muslims. But the difference is that you are taking only about Muslims, not other poor people. What is that? I suppose you are from Bangladesh. I think you should take care of your country first; do not need to show your brotherhood to others unless you are a rational person.
There are lots of excesses in Kashmir, abuses of state power: but if Indian government did not do anything for Kashmir, why then Kashmir has the lowest percentage of poor people(NSSO:61st round)?
I also would like request to cite your source of data on Indian Muslims.

Scholar, I did not say Kasmiri Muslims are all poor, I said that India has 160 millions Muslim and among them 144 millions are below poverty line. All together 400 millions Indians are below poverty line, and from them 144 millions Muslim. Can you find the percentage, the scholar of scholars?

Yes, Indian Muslims are generally poor. But you should keep it in mind that 75% Indians live below Rs. 20 per day. Scheduled Castes and Schedules Castes are poorer than Muslims in India. You also should know that who are Indian Muslims? Majority of them are lower castes Hindus, converted to Islam to get a status. So, it is not only Muslims; in Indian situation castes and class are parallel.
You should also know that India is the only non-Muslim country who subsidize Rs.3 billion every year for the Hauz pilgrims.
Yes, we have problems of exploitation, inequality, deprivation, but remember so far there were 3 Muslim presidents in India among 14 presidents. In Indian cricket team, sometimes there were as many as 5 Muslim cricketers. Look at the names of the ministers at central and provincial governments. Look who is India's Minister of State, Home
(sarastra) at central government. Look at the name of the PC of Mumbai.
Read history. Why after East India Company won the battle of Palashy and then acquired Delhi, Indian Muslims were isolated themselves from taking modern education.
Do not make irresponsible comments. In spite of all these terrorism, we have to live together, fight together against all the inequalities. It is not the religion that we are divided, it the class that we are divided. The interests of a labor, be he/she is a Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Christian, Sikhs, Jews are all same.

India holding Kashmir, did not do any developments; if you do not give them right to grow, let them go their way.
