বাংলাদেশ-চীন মৈত্রী সম্মেলন কেন্দ্রের নাম বঙ্গবন্ধু আন্তর্জাতিক সম্মেলন কেন্দ্র করার প্রক্রিয়া

হুমায়ুন কবির খোকন: ৮ বছর পর নৌবাহিনীর ফ্রিগেট বিএনএস খালিদ বিন ওয়ালিদের নাম পরিবর্তন করে পুনরায় বিএনএস-বঙ্গবন্ধু নামকরণ করা হয়েছে। এছাড়া বাংলাদেশ-চীন মৈত্রী সম্মেলন কেন্দ্রের নাম বঙ্গবন্ধু আন্তর্জাতিক সম্মেলন কেন্দ্র করার প্রক্রিয়া চলছে গৃহায়ন ও গণপূর্ত মন্ত্রণালয়ে। কয়েকদিনের মধ্যে এ নাম পরিবর্তন হবে। বিগত জোট সরকারের সময় নৌবাহিনীর ফ্রিগেট বিএনএস-বঙ্গবন্ধুকে ডিকমিশনিং করে নাম দেয়া হয় ডিডব্লিউ-২০০০-এইচ। পরে ড.ফখরুদ্দীনের তত্ত্বাবধায়ক সরকারের সময়ে এর নাম দেয়া হয় ‘বিএনএস খালিদ-বিন ওয়ালিদ’।

বিগত জোট সরকারের সময়ে বিগত আওয়ামী লীগ সরকারের সময়ের করা বিভিন্ন প্রতিষ্ঠান, সংস্থা ও স্থাপনা, প্রশিক্ষণ কেন্দ্র, মিলনায়তন, স্টেডিয়াম, যানবাহনের নাম পরিবর্তন করা হয়। সরকার এসব প্রতিষ্ঠান ও সংস্থা পূর্বের নামে পুনর্বহাল করছে। নির্বাহি আদেশের মাধ্যমে এসব প্রতিষ্ঠানের নাম পরিবর্তন করে পূর্বের নাম পুনর্বহাল করা হচ্ছে।

ব্যক্তিপূজার বেদীতে পূষ্পস্তবক অর্পন করে মইন বা অন্যকোন জেনারেলের পূজা করার প্রশ্ন আসছেনা এখানে। প্রাসংগিক ভাবেই বলতে হয় রাষ্ট্রীয় ক্ষমতা দখলে সেনাবাহিনীর যেমন নৈতিক অধিকার নেই তেমনি অধিকার নেই ব্রান্ডেড চোরদের ক্ষমতার দিকে চোখ ফেরানো। চাইল্ড মলাষ্টেশন মামলার শাস্তি প্রাপ্ত আসামীদের সাজা শেষ হওয়ার পরেও শিশু হতে নিরাপদ দূরে থাকতে আইন করা আছে। বাংলাদেশের চোর রাজনীতিবিদ, আমলা, সেনাঅফিসার, ডাক্তার, প্রকৌশলী সহ চোরাই সিন্ডিকটের সব গংদের একবার চুরির দায়ে সাজা হলে সরকারী সম্পত্তি হতে এ সব বেজন্মাদের দূরে রাখার আইন করতে হবে। কারন এরা বাংলাদেশ নামের দেশটাকে ৩৮ বছর ধরে নির্যাতন নিপীড়ন করে আসছে। এই ৩৮ বছরে একবারও তাদের সত্যের মুখোমুখি হতে হয়নি, জবাব দিতে হয়নি সীমাহীন অপরাধের। ১/১১ বদলে দিয়েছে সে বাস্তবতা, রাজনীতিবিদ এবং তাদের উচ্ছিষ্টখেকো চোরের দল ভাল করেই জানে ৫ বছর লুটপাটের শেষে তত্ত্বাবধায়ক সরকার এলেই দৃশ্যপট বদলে যেতে পারে। তাদের অর্ন্তবাস নিয়ে আবারও টানাটানি শুরু হলে আরব্য উপন্যাসের মত বেরিয়ে পরতে পারে কলংকিত উপাখ্যান। তাই ব্যক্তি মইন ১/১১ সূযোগ নিয়ে কতটা র্দুনীতি করেছিল অথবা তার সম্বন্ধি কত কাঠা জমি দখল করেছিল এগুলোই প্রধান বিবেচ্য বিষয় হতে পারেনা, রাজনীতি একটা ইনস্‌টিটিউট হিসাবে কতটা র্দুনীতির রাহুতে আক্রান্ত ছিল তার চেহারা জাতির সামনে উন্মোচন করাই ছিল ১/১১'র মূল সফলতা। সমুদ্র সমান অপরাধে নিমজ্জিত হাসিনা-খালেদা গং রাতারাতি সাধূ সেজে ক'কাঠা জমি আর পাহাড় কাটা মাটির জন্যে মাটিতে গড়াগড়ি খাবেন তা দেখতে এবং শুনতে অনেকটা সার্কাসের ক্লাউনদের মত শোনাচ্ছে।

মোদ্দা কথা ১/১১ মইন গংদেরও ক্ষমতার ঘোড়ায় চড়ে লুটপাটের লাইসেন্স দেয়নি, তাদের বিরুদ্বে আনা অভিযোগ সত্য হলে এ দলও রাজনীতিবিদ্‌ নামের চোরাই সিন্ডিকেটের কাতারে যাবে। ১/১১ কোন ব্যক্তি ছিলনা, এ ছিল একটি প্রতিষ্ঠান, এই প্রতিষ্ঠানকে মইনের অপরাধে অভিযুক্ত করে আলু ফালু লালু গংদের
পচা নিতম্ব ঢাকার কোন অবকাশ নেই।

Moin U Ahmed is far better than many other Army chief in our sub-continent...there is no point of punishment...he protected our democracy & country both of the occasion on 1/11 & 2/25 (BDR mutiny)...if we look past our troubled history of capturing power by the Army, it'll be very clear that how good he was during last 2 years!! He got several chances to take over power & in some points public would welcome him; but he kept his promise...ensured election & democracy. We've to evaluate all these. AL & BNP should stop all these nonsense.

• CONSPIRACY AGAINEST BANGLADESHI DEMOCRACY by AWAMI LEAUGE
It would perhaps border on wishful thinking to judge Sheikh Hasina and Awami League just on the basis of her spur-of-the-moment brash comments on just one occasion. I beg to differ with the conclusion on her being courageous: she could plausibly have spoken out with the confidence that the 1/11 change was due to her and Awami League and that army/DGFI were beholden and obliged to her, and would therefore let her be. Mind you, she was acting as the prima Donna after 1/11 when BNP and Begum Khaleda Zia were under the cosh.
Please consider the following facts:
1. General Khaled Mosharraf staged an abortive coup d’etat in favor of the Awami League in 1975;
2. General Manzoor staged an abortive coup d’etat in favor of the Awami League in 1981, killing General Ziaur Rahman;
3. General Ershad ousted BNP’s Sattar government in 1982 by a military take-over in favor of the Awami League;
4. Sheikh Hasina, Rashed Mosharraf and his mother brought out a procession on the streets of Dhaka in 1982 welcoming General Ershad’s military take-over that had ousted an elected government;
5. Sheikh Hasina and Awami League made an alliance with Ershad and his Jatiyo Party and participated in the 1986 elections and gave legitimacy to Ershad’s military regime, though Sheikh Hasina had earlier declared that anyone participating in the 1986 elections under General Ershad would be branded as “Jatiyo Be’Iman”;
6. Awami League, Jamaat, JSD and the Jatiyo Party joined hands in castigating BNP in the political wilderness;
7. Begum Khaleda Zia and BNP alone initiated a 9-year movement from 1982 to 1990 against Ershad’s military regime, until his dictatorship crumbled in 1990 (Sheikh Hasina and Awami League were Ershad’s partners in parliament from 1986 to 1990);
8. Sheikh Hasina sought out octogenarian Professor Golam Azam and Jamaat and formed an alliance with them in the 1991 elections against BNP;
9. When BNP won the 1991 Elections, Sheikh Hasina/AL-Jamaat alliance boycotted the parliament;
10. General Nasim’s abortive coup d’etat in 1996, instigated by Captain (retired) Taj of Awami League, was intended for the benefit of the Awami League;
11. Dr. Mohiuddin Khan Alamgir’s civil service coup (”Janatar Mancha”) against the sitting BNP Government in 1996 was in favor of the Awami League, and he was later rewarded by Sheikh Hasina when he was made state minister under the Awami League government of 1996;
12. Sheikh Hasina and Awami League claimed credit for the emergency and 1/11 change, and went en masse and attended the oath-taking ceremony of the CTG;
13. Captain (retired) Taj of Awami League went public on Channel I “Trityo Matra” on May 9, 2007 and proposed that there be an alliance between the Awami League and the army/CTG to bring Awami League to win the next Elections and form government, and Awami League would legitimize all acts and deeds of the Army and CTG under the emergency of 1/11;
14. Sheikh Hasina is the only political leader in the current crop who had declared “Ektar badale doshta lash fele dibo”;
15. Under Sheikh Hasina’s baton and leadership Md. Nasim, Home Minister, had staged a “Laathi Michhil” against the High Court in 1997;
16. Sheikh Hasina alone and Awami League only have such unconstitutional and undemocratic campaigns: “Jalao-Porao”, “Aborodh”, “Loggi and Baitha Michhil” and “Shara Desh Achal kore Dibo” (no other political Party in Bangladesh has ever been recorded or reported to have such destructive programs)!
17. Dr. Kamal Hossain, an ex-Awami League minister, and Awami League’s Barrister Roknuddin Mahmud and Barrister Amirul Islam led the vandalism of the chamber of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in October 2007;
18. According to economists Sheikh Hasina’s “Aborodh”, “Shara Desh Achal kore dibo” and “Loggi, Baitha Michhil” in October 2007 alone cost the Bangladesh economy Taka 200.00 billion!
19. Sheikh Hasina and Awami League continually smear and denigrate Bangladesh by making anti-Bangladesh statements abroad and by circulating anti-Bangladesh propaganda to ambassadors and diplomatic missions (Sheikh Hasina furnished a printed anti-Bangladesh tirade to president Bill Clinton when he had visited Bangladesh;
20. Sheikh Hasina and Awami League vilified and smeared the parliament, high court, supreme court and the election commission, and also simultaneously undertaking a hate-campaign against the offices of the president and chief election commissioner, thereby eroding the foundations and fundamentals of democracy and a democratic polity (Sheikh Hasina did not even spare her own nominated President Justice Shahabuddin Ahmed)!So much for Sheikh Hasina upholding democracy and practicing democratic norms and behaviors. Give it a second thought before reaching hasty conclusions or jaundice-eyed postmortems.
Successful finishing of 1/11

Fakruddin’s caretaker government is working as advice of INDIAN. The election commission is a toy(s) of some one. That is probe that they are working for Awami league, so every one knows 2008 election held a supporting game to bring Awami Leauge in power, In Bangladesh they want another Ersad & Hasina group. They are chose Ersad-Hasina alliance like 1982-1990. India & gen Moin U Ahamed, the caretaker government works to win Awami league. They know after win the election only Awami league will give a validity of the caretaker government's legal or illegal works. We think last 2006 Awami league Moin U Ahamed group work together for (STOP) not held the 2007 election as an advice of INDIA. INDIA not wants BNP & 4 party alliance will be power again. They were trying to make a divided or broken BNP & than Awami league will win easily. In 4 party alliance BNP & Jamathis are main factors, they don't care another partners. So they propaganda
against Jamathi leaders that those are war crominals.Thats a political attack to them; that is INDIA advice, we don't like them, we want secular parties like Awmis & spy like H.M.Ersad or group power in Bangladesh. We (RAW) wait for those 32 years, no more change we give any body. The game is now in our (RAW) hand, only we will play, no other, other will only the audience in this game. Now Bangladesh is in side our handful, every one must work as our advice. They think Bangladeshi publics are main obstruction to fulfill for their will, Awami league & 14 party alliances or so called MOHAJOOT, the caretaker government & main army officers will support them. So dec tamasha (lets see the show) in future what will doing Ersad & Hasina their godfather’s favor as their advice, we also waiting to see tamasha (see the show).
