Team declared for Zimbabwe series

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) on Thursday announced a 13-member national squad for five one-day international series against Zimbabwe. World’s top all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan will lead the Tigers as the acting captain while Mushfiqur Rahim, the wicketkeeper, will act as deputy for Shakib. The series is scheduled to start on October 27 in the capital Dhaka.

Younus ready to lead Pakistan again

Pakistan skipper Younus Khan on Tuesday said he was ready to lead the team again after the country's cricket chief rejected his resignation, saying he had been heartened by shows of support.
