Twentieth Afro-Asian-Latin Film Festival is on in Milan, Italy. Starting from March 15 the festival will continue till March 21. Nine films, including several that have already won some awards, are competing in the "Windows on the World" category.
Filmmaker Mostafa Sarwar Farooki and actress Tisha were accorded a reception in Pabna last Tuesday evening when they arrived at the Rupkotha Cinema Hall in town, which is screening Farooki's "Third Person Singular Number". The reception was held at the movie theatre.
"Third Person Singular Number" would have to be the most promising film of the year. Though the cinematic work has not even been released in Bangladesh, it has already been selected to participate at major international film festivals.
Muharrat of the film 'Third Person Singular Number' directed by popular film director Mustafa Sarwar Farooki was held at the Star Cineplex in Basundhara City in the city recently.
This is the third film of Farooki. Anisul Haque and Mustafa Sarwar Farooki will jointly write the script of the film.
