Lux beauty Badhon featuring beauty soap commercial is being shown in TV channels. It was directed by Mostafa Sarwar Farooqi. She talked about this ad and other issues.

Where was the commercial filmed?

At first it was supposed to take place at Saint Martin. Due to natural disasters Saint Martin shooting was cancelled. Then it was filmed in Cox’s Bazar.

How is the viewers’ response?

I am getting a real good response. Many from my known circle are praising this commercial. While filming this ad I gather pleasant experience.

What kind of experience?

Due to pressure of ‘Potrolekha’ I could not work for one year. When I was first told about this ad initially my ‘dates’ were not matching theirs. After few days Farooqi bhai gave me a call. As everything matched I managed to do the job. I had to do hard work for the job. At one stage I even cried. Farooqi bhai then told me, after seeing the ad these tears would turn into smile. I am grateful to Farooqi Bhai.

What else are you working on at the moment?

I have a final exam ahead. So because of exam I had to give away many jobs. Talks are continuing about dramas. I will start working on them after the exam.

What is the news on film acting?

I am absolutely interested to work in commercial films. I have prepared myself like that. But because of different problems I could not work. However this time I will prove that I can work in movies.
