On March 30th, 2009 Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and her cabinet has approved the National Information and Communications Technology Regulations 2009. I am looking a for a soft copy. I could not find in the Google search. Could any body assist me in finding the web site of our Digital Bangladesh or elsewhere.
