ঢাকা, নভেম্বর ১৭ (বিডিনিউজ টোয়েন্টিফোর ডটকম)- ট্রান্সপারেন্সি ইন্টারন্যাশনাল এর তালিকায় এবার বাংলাদেশ শীর্ষ ১০ এ নেই।
দুর্নীতির ধারণাগত সূচক (সিপিআই) হিসাব করে আর্ন্তজাতিক সংস্থাটির মঙ্গলবার প্রকাশিত তালিকা অনুযায়ী বাংলাদেশের অবস্থান ত্রয়োদশ।
ঢাকা রিপোটার্স ইউনিটিতে সাংবাদ সম্মেলনে ট্রান্সপারেন্সি ইন্টারন্যাশনাল বাংলাদেশ (টিআইবি) এই সিপিআই প্রকাশ করে।
সারাবিশ্বে একই সময়ে সিপিআই প্রকাশ করা হয়।
সূচক অনুসারে এবার বাংলাদেশের স্কোর ২ দশমিক ৪। ত্রয়োদশ অবস্থানে বাংলাদেশের সঙ্গী পাকিস্তান, বেলারুশ ও ফিলিপাইন।
গত বছরের তালিকায় বাংলাদেশের অবস্থান ছিল দশম। এর আগে এই তালিকায় বাংলাদেশ কমপক্ষে টানা চারবার শীর্ষে ছিল।
কম দুর্নীতিগ্রস্ত দেশ হিসেবে এবার প্রথম স্থানে রয়েছে নিউজিল্যান্ড, দ্বিতীয় ডেনমার্ক, তৃতীয় যৌথভাবে সিঙ্গাপুর ও সুইডেন।
বিশ্বের সবচেয়ে দুর্নীতিগ্রস্ত দেশ হিসেবে চিহ্নিত হয়েছে সোমালিয়া। দ্বিতীয় আফগানিস্তান ও তৃতীয় মিয়ানমার।
দুর্নীতির সূচকে স্কোর বাড়ানোর ক্ষেত্রে যে নয়টি দেশের উল্লেখযোগ্য অগ্রগতি হয়েছে, তার মধ্যেও রয়েছে বাংলাদেশ।
অপর দেশগুলো হলো- বেলারুস, গুয়েতেমালা, লিথুনিয়া, মলদোভা, মন্টিনিগ্রো, পোল্যান্ড, সিরিয়া ও টোগো।
টিআইবি'র নির্বাহী পরিচালক ড. ইফতেখারুজ্জামান সিপিআই প্রকাশ করেন। উপস্থিত ছিলেন টিআইবি ট্রাস্টি বোর্ডের চেয়ারম্যান এম হাফিজউদ্দিন খান ও সাবেক চেয়ারম্যান অধ্যাপক মোজাফফর আহমেদ।
উন্নতি হয়েছে চোখে পড়ার মত নয়
উন্নতি হয়েছে কিন্তু তা চোখে পড়ার মত নয়।২.৪ নয় এক দশে চার পেলে মনে হত দারুন সুচনা।শুরুতেই যদি এত শ্লথগতি থাকে তাহলে ভবিষ্যত কি?আমেরিকার মত দেশের পক্ষে যেমন অর্থনৈতিক প্রবৃদ্বি ৯%-১০% বাড়ানো সম্ভব নয়,কিন্তু ব্রাজিল,চীন ও ভারতের পক্ষে সম্ভব। সেই একই প্রকারে নিউজিল্যাণ্ডের পক্ষে বাড়ানো সম্ভব না হলেও বাংলাদেশের পক্ষে সূচক বাড়ানো সম্ভব। দেখি বর্তমান সরকার কি পরিবর্তনের সূচনা করতে পারে।এক নম্বার হল আর দশ নম্বার হল ইহা বিবেচ্য নয়।দশে কত পেল তাই বিবেচ্য।এমন যদি হত বাংলাদেশ ৮ পেয়েও দূর্নীতির শীর্য দশের মধ্যে থাকত;বরং ইহাতে আমি গর্বই বোধ করতাম।
দুই বছরব্যপী সিটিজির
দুই বছরব্যপী সিটিজির ট্রিটমেন্টে ব্যপক আকারের প্রকাশ্য লুটপাট বন্ধ হওয়ার কারনে অবস্থার কিছুটা উন্নতি হয়েছে ধরে নেয়া যায়।আর্মির পরবর্তী প্রতিশোধ যদি রক্তের মাধম্যে না হয়ে আরো লৌহ কঠিন সিটিজি গঠনের মাধ্যমে হয়, তবে আশা করা যায় সার্বিক সুচকের আরো অনেক অনেক উন্নতি হবে।সাফল্যের সাথে হাওয়াভবনের কবর রচনা করা আর্মির কাছে মানুষের প্রত্যাশা মুক্তিযুদ্ধের ব্যবসায়ীদের পার্মানেন্ট কবর রচনা।সুচক উন্নতি আপনাতেই হবে।

Corruption Has As All Party Syndicate
It is not BNP, BAL, BJP or Jamat .Corruption has all party syndicate. This is the most important syndicate in Bangladesh. It is no news that Bangladesh is not among top 190 corrupt countries. Some countries may have gone more corrupt but there has been very little or minimum improvement of corruption. Many corrupt persons are still in Parliament. ACC has become paper tiger.Major corrupt persons of 1/11 are still at large. Many Bangladeshi billiioniares are happily living in KL as second home or bought properties in little Dubai. Many are rehabilitated in Bangladesh politics. Ruling party is busy in implementing many of their own ill visoned agenda. We are still much behind in setting up transparent accountable peoples government.
Corruption has become an uncurable decease in Bangladesh.

বি এন পি এর আমলে ১,২ থেকে ২,০ মানদন্ডে দূর্নীতির অবস্থা উন্নতি হয়েছিল। গত ৩ বছর ২,০ থেকে ২,৪ এ উন্নতি হয়েছে। আমার কাছে তো মনে হচ্ছে না ১/১১ এর কোন প্রভাব পরেছে দূর্নীতির উপর। আপনি হিসাব করে দেখুন। দূর্নীতি আগের থেকে বেশী হারে কমছে না। বরং মুয়া ফুয়ার দুই বছরে ২,০ থেকে মাত্র ২,১ এ উন্নতি হয়েছে যা তাদের ব্যর্থতাকে প্রমান করে। বি এন পি কে নিয়ে আপনার চিন্তা করতে হবে না। আওয়ামী লীগ যত্ন সহকারে বি এন পিকে ক্ষমতায় আনবে। তাই দয়া করে আপনার পাগল ছাগল মার্কা চিন্তা ধারা বাদ দিন।
In top level of BNP & AL, there is not a single honest person
In current cabinet, there is only 1 honest person, Naheed, he is not from AL. In BNP's top level, there is no honest person.
You are worried to show that BNP is less corrupted than AL, it does not matter to the people.
Your 2.0, 2.1, 1.2, 1.0 bla bla are the units used by Transperancy Intl & prof Mozaffar, but that is not the right way of measuring corruptions in poor countries.
Corruptions should be measured by failed budget, lost oppotunities, illiterate rate increased due to corruptions, unemployment created due to corruptions, dishonesty introduced in admin etc.
Tareq opened Daud Ibrahim's office in Hawabhaban, Mozaffar cannot measure this corruption by his units. It can be measured by the arms brought in, lives lost, arms in the hands of the killers, using factors like these.
I am not a fan of AL or BNP, I am happy to see Khaleda, Hasina, Tareq beaten like dogs for blocking our developments.

MUA/FUA were regular BD people like you, or a bit better power-wise, I do not lokk at them as prophets, I look at them as kicker of ass of Hasina, Khaleda, Tareq, M Alamgir, Moudud, Mamun, Falu gong.

BD moved from 1st place to 13th place in corruption list, thanks to the kickings the 2 top bitches;but 13th place means stealing continuing and stealing process has been modified. To move BD to the end of the list, the bitches should be kicked periodically.
