How Come British Attorney General fined £5,000_Surprise For Bangladesh

ATTORNEY General Patricia Scotland was fined £5,000 (€5,529) yesterday for employing an illegal immigrant as her housekeeper, fuelling calls from opposition parties for her to resign.
The British Border Agency said that following an investigation it was satisfied Scotland had not knowingly employed an illegal worker and that she took steps to check documents provided by Tongan Loloahi Tapui as proof of her right to work in Britain.
"However, the law requires that employers must keep copies of documents proving the right to work in Britain and in this instance the employer failed to meet this requirement," the Border Agency said in a statement announcing the fine.
Scotland, 54 — who was a minister in the Home Office when laws were passed to impose fines of up to £10,000 (€11,061) for bosses who employ illegal workers — apologised for her mistake.
Prime Minister Gordon Brown said the appropriate action had been taken and rejected calls that Scotland, who sacked the employee after it emerged she was in Britain illegally, should step down from her job as the government’s top legal adviser.

YES, you are right. Just an example, I know a person, age 52, entered the US illegally with others through the Arizona/Mexico borders. He was arrested by the US Borders Authority, and ended up in jail. I slould also tell you that it took about 5/6 months for him to reach the US through numbers of Latin American countries. However, in jail, as an alternative, he filed a political asylum case and his case was denied by the US Asylum Judge. He also filed an appeal, which remains in pending status at this time.
His attorney filed a motion for his release until the appeal is decided. The reality is that US Board of Immigration Appeal Devision judges know that his political asylum case was a fake one, and eventually his appeal would be denied at some point of time. Therefore, his attorney's motion for release was recently denied.
This man sold all of his properties and paid his agents in Dhaka about 20 lakh Tk. However, at the age of 52, as he came to America, there would never a good job for him to make a good earning. I don't understand about what he thought of USA in 2009. It is not early 80's or 90's. America was different during those days.
I also happen to know a good number of DV winners, presently doing real odd jobs here, who had once good jobs, positions, business, properties. AND now there are living here with no quality of life.
There are approximately 150000 Bangladeshis living here in the US illegally, and there are also a huge number of Bangladeshi still living here who were already ordered "deported" by the US Immigration Authority. STILL, people are dreaming to come to USA with or without visa to permanently living here for better lives and income, which is actually quite impossible here in America now a days! Lives shall be battered and shattered, once a person decides to stay here illegally or arrives here with DV visa with little or no experience!
It's about the time to think 10000 times before paying the 'dalals' to manage to come to the US illegaly through third countries!!

Explain please
hello JackobRaihan, I am very much interested to know more about the current situation in the USa. I hear my relatives who stay in USA say that it is very good but from your writing it is not the case. I would be greatful to you if you share more of your expertise on this matter with us. Do you know people in BANGLADESH DO NOT find people like you, who try to give us a real picture about western countries. i believe your information will be helpful for all of us.

Hello Mr. Amin010216:
It appears that you just became a member of this Forum just about 20 minutes ago. You asked me to share some information about a subject matter which I discussed yesterday with my friend yousuf144.
Note that, from your own admissions it is perceived that you already know a lot about lifestyles of illegal immigrants in the US. You also claimed that they are doing good here as per the information you received from your relatives presently residing somewhere in the US.
However, still if you have a particular question in mind, please write me at: aliensrights@mail.com
Nevertheless, what I tried to say was that it is extremely difficult to have a better life or income here in the US if a person does not have any legal status. period! Subsequently, I suggested interested people in Bangladesh not to waste money to manage to come to America through 3rd countries, and live and work here illegally. There is no legal status available through any US immigration program for the people who happen to cross the borders (Mexico & Canada) and enter the US, assuming that he or she would become well-off eventually without having a status, work permit and social security card, and a valid US ID.
Please request your relatives to speak up the facts and truths!

May be they are just not want
May be they are just not want to make their relatives sad about the situation. You know, people tend to keep things joyful.
