Intention to establish justice is a good thing but should not be the only objective. Our country has lot of issues and it spreads from top to bottom. When people gave their vote to someone it means that people would like to work the elected person for them, such as:

* Will make honest attempt to resolve issues
* Will arrange proper food supplies to poor people
* Will initiate the management of medical standards and services up to the level
* Will Build communication avenues and maintain them
* Will attempt to improve life standard
* Will make plans & produce employment for youths
* and so on...

Rather than concentrating on personal desires or things which have less impacts on our country's economy, leaders should work collaboratively on identifying how or what they can do to bring good for the country, which they have appointed for.

One thing our leaders should do is to do some research before they say or do something, for example: Both geographically and population wise Bangladesh is a small country compared to our neighbor countries and we have more than enough MP's and ministers appointed than any other bigger countries, so what do we do?

Please spend time on:

* Researching your local area,
* Find issues
* Find similar issues in other areas and abroad,
* Do analysis - (why/how/when it happened, costs occurred,etc.)
* Do comparisons
* Establish reasons
* Appoint appropriate people with right skills to give insights and propose possible solutions to the problems
* Keep digital records of issues
* Maintain lessons learned log for future reference

Leaders have so many responsibilities to do but if they do not look after it, they might lose their leaderships and similar things happened in the past.

One thing came up in my mind, is the Universities and doctors, currently we saw that many public universities are closing down temporarily, student politics visible, I assume.

Why? why students are involved in Politics? Are you enrolling politicians or students in universities?

Look at the western countries, students going to universities paying high money and they are not able to do politics or perhaps I might say, they cannot do politics. See how these countries are developing. You may argue that Govt pays fees for public university students but when these students complete their degree and starts working, students have to pay back whatever the Govt has paid for their study.

Politics in student life is a danger, i think at least.
And it may make a student:

* lazy from taking daily-life responsibilities,
* make them arrogant
* make them illiterate in the longer term
* student may become unsuitable for good paid salary jobs
* gets frustrated in their single and family life
* rarely ables to contribute to the development of country's economy

It's time for these politician students to think, what are doing to yourselves? Is your brain being whitewashed by some old, greedy and selfish politicians?

And about doctors, they get paid a lot, in general, but currently as far as I know there are no policies in implementation which makes them responsible for the actions they take. They are handling problems with human life.

Govt. should implement policies to have rights for the patients and Govt's to ask questions to Doctors when bad thing are done by them.

And please whenever you appoint people in any position, please appoint people that have honesty and have right skills.

PM Hasina is in Saudi Arabia by now. Question, why all of a sudden, she was scheduled to have a state visit to Saudi Arabia at this time! THIS visit has something to do with the trials of the 'war criminals' - of course! The real guideline about how to take care of this matter would be suggested there, and that's the actual reason as to why she is visiting this country abruptly.

One of the minister (can't re-call his name) said earlier today that not everyone would be referred for trials. WoW, what a wise ass this minister is! This unmistakably suggests that this BAL government is already stepped-out of their promise they uttered before the voters in December 08 election. Subsequently, (by what the minister said), this issue became a political issue now. Meaning that the government would only put those 'war criminals' in trials --who they (BAL) think are their political opponets.

At first they (the BAL Government) said they would place all the 'war criminals' into trials for their crimes, and now they started to single-out the criminals. Late Shaikh Mujib did just the same thing on November 29, 1973. He excused all (dispute remains & seen politically) of them. The Awami League cried a lot within the past 34 years about these war criminals, and all of a sudden, the BAL Government is stepping-out of their agenda by minimizing the numbers of the war criminals. WHY?
