Dhaka, Monday, June 22, 2009 - 3:48am BNP standing committee member Barrister Moudud Ahmed MP has said that the High Court judgment given yesterday on who proclaimed independence is not final, as the issue raised will be finally settled by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court.
Giving his reaction over cell phone to the news agency yesterday afternoon, the former Law Minister of the last BNP-led -four-party alliance government said this is fundamentally an important political issue which cannot be resolved by any judgment of any court.
He said the Supreme Court can look into only the legality of any point raised in the High Court division, "but the belief of millions of people that Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman had declared Independence of Bangladesh cannot be wiped away by a judgment of any court."
Moudud said the issue would remain alive, and being a political issue "it will continue to remain so in our history."

and finally Fakhruddin and Moin will be rememberd in our history as "Hero who save the country from Civil war and bring back the country on right track of democracy". Democracy starts in bangladesh from 1/11...joi ho.

এর রায়ে যদি জনগন শেখ মুজিবকে স্বাধিনতার ঘোষক মেনে নিত তবে বাংলাদেশের সব চোর court এর একটা রায়ে সাধু বনে যেত।এ মিথ্যা রায় আমি মানি না।এটা পরিকল্পিত ইতিহাস বিক্রিতির চরম পর্যায়।মুজিব কখনও স্বাধীতার ঘোষক হতে পারে না।এটা সফল হবে না।মুজিব স্হপতে হতে পারে কিন্তু স্বাধীনতার ঘোষক শহীদ জিয়া। কেবলই জিয়া।জনগনের আদালতের রায: জিযা স্বাধীনতার ঘোষক। সততা,বীরত্ব,প্রগাঢ় দেশপ্রেম,মেধা,যোগ্যতা এবং দুরদর্শীতার অপর নাম শহীদ জিয়া।স্বাধীনতার হে ,মহান ঘোষক শত সহস্র ষড়যন্ত্রকরেও তোমার নাম কোটি কোটি মানুষের হিদয় থেকে মুছে ফেলা যাবে না।তমি অমর..তুমি শহীদ..তুমি..বাংলার অহংকার।
লক্ষ কোটি মানুষের অন্তরে শহীদ প্রেসিডেন্ট মেজর জিয়াউর রহমান,মানুষ তাকে ভালবেসে ফেলেছে,একটা টাইটেল মুচে ফেলে লক্ষ কোটি মানুষের অন্তরে সোনার অক্ষরে লিখা জিয়ার নাম মুছে ফেলা যাবেনা।মানুষের ভালবাসা পাওয়ার জন্য মিথ্যা সার্টিফিকেট আর ১২-১৪টা ডিগ্রীর প্রয়োজন নাই।যে আদলত আমাদের দেশের চোর ডাকাত কে সাটিফিকেট দিয়ে ছেড়ে দেয়। সেই আদালত থেকে যদি মুজিবকে সাধিনতার ঘো্যনার সাটিফিকেট নিতে হয়| এ বাকশালি বিচারপতিরা প্রকৃত মুক্তিযুদ্বাদেরই অবমাননা করেছে।যারা মুক্তিযুদ্বই করে নাই তাদেরই মুক্তিযুদ্বের সোল এজেন্ট বানাইছে।কোথায় ছিলো শালা ঐ বাকশালি বিচারপতি দয় সেদিন রাত্রে ২৫শে মার্চ?তারা কি শুনছে মুজিবের ঘোষনা?তাহলে যেখানে কোটো কোটি লোক জিয়ার ঘোষনা শুনছ|
