Foreign Minister Dipu Moni today called upon journalists to be careful while asking foreign diplomats for comments on internal affairs of the country. The minister was speaking at the opening session of a training programme for the journalists on current affairs at Foreign Service Academy in the city.
She also urged the journalists to maintain the diplomatic norms whenever they ask any question to the foreign diplomats related the internal affairs. "The diplomatic norms, rules, courtesies are applicable to all, as to us, as well as our foreign diplomats," she said. "Why should you ask an official for a comment for which he is not even entitled?
