স্থানীয় সরকার উপদেষ্টা মোঃ আনোয়ারুল ইকবাল বলেছেন, নির্বাচনের ফলাফল সাতদিনের মধ্যে গেজেট আকারে প্রকাশ করা হবে এবং পরে তিনদিনের মধ্যে নতুন সংসদ সদস্যদের শপথ অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। এরপর নতুন সরকার গঠিত হবে এবং তত্ত্বাবধায়ক সরকার বিলুপ্ত হবে।
