Mujib murder case awaits AD disposal

The Mujib murder case awaits the final disposal by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court even eight years and four months inside the High Court verdict which approved the death sentence of 12 former army personnel. The Appellate Division on September 23, 2007 allowed five of the convicts sentenced to death to appeal against the High Court verdict.
