Dr Tamim is a paid agent of india and foreign oil companies. this is not just al allegation we make here abou ourselves. i have heard this from colleague in BUET. his poistion on the issue of ol and gass prove that very clealry over the years. his recruitment as specialadviser make it very clear where is the real power of CTG.
Bangladesh Oil and Gas reserves
Bangladeshi oil and gas specialists must be engaged in oil/gas administration and policy making and not bureaucrats or politicians as it is not their subject. The govt. should arrange open forum with these specialists and make decission accordingly. These oil/gas specialist must be highly skilled in negotiation and bargaining with any foreign drilling companies which bureaucrats and politicians can not do. This is extremely a technical matter which specialist can handle with foreign oil companies. Almost all the foreign oil/gas companies are highly tricky in negotiation. So Bangladesh must be very careful in dealing with them in future.
