আর্মি ক্যান্টনমেন্ট যেভাবে আছে সেভাবেই থাকবে ...কোন নড়চড় হোক তা চাই না।
ও আর্মি ক্যান্টনমেন্টে বসবাসরত সকলেই সক্রিয়ভাবে রাজনিতি করতে পারবে (শুধু তারা ছাড়া যারা সরকারি চাকুরি করে বা সেনাবাহিনিতে কর্মরত)

উল্লেখ থাকে যে, গত ২৭-২৮ বছর যাবত খালেদা জিয়া আর্মি ক্যান্টনমেন্টে থেকে রাজনিতি করলেও আর্মি ক্যান্টনমেন্টের নিরাপত্তা ব্যাহত হয়েছে এমন অভিযোগ আগে উঠেনি ...উঠলে আওয়ামী লীগের নির্বাচনী ইশতেহারে উল্লেখ থাকতো ক্ষমতায় গেলে খালেদা জিয়ার লিজ বাতিল করবে। সেই রুপ কিছুই ঘটেনি কিংবা আর্মিরা কখনোই বলেনি ক্যান্টনমেন্টের নিরাপত্তা নষ্ট হচ্ছে । সরকার ইজারা বাতিল করেছে শুধু জনগনের দৃষ্টি অন্যত্র সরানোর জন্য। কারন প্রধান মন্ত্রী ভালো নাটক ছাড়তে জানেন এবং অভিনয়ও করতে জানেন।

এখানে উল্লেখ থাকে, বাংলাদেশে সরকারী চাকুরীজিবিদের ছেলেমেয়েরাও রাজনীতিতে যুক্ত, তবে কি তাদের বসবাসকৃত স্থানে রাজনীতি বন্ধ করা যাবে? যাবে না।

আরো উল্লেখ থাকে যে, পত্রিকার রিপোর্ট অনুযায়ী আওয়ামী সাংসদ তাপসের সাথে পিলখানায় ভোটের আগেই বি ডি আরদের দাবি দাওয়া নিয়ে কথা হয়েছে ...উনি তাদের দাবী দাওয়া মানা হবে বলে প্রতিশ্রুত দেন। কাজেই দেখা যাচ্চে সরকারি প্রতিষ্টানে কর্মরত বি ডি আর দের নিয়ে আওয়ামী লিগের সাংসদই রাজনীতি করেছেন ...কাজেই বিএনপির এই ইস্যু নিয়ে মাঠ গরম করলে জনসম্পৃক্ততা পাবে। খালেদা জিয়ার বাড়ি কোন ইস্যু হওয়া উচিত নয়। এটা একটি ব্যক্তিগত ইস্যু, উনি ইচ্ছে করলেই সরকারি সিদ্ধান্তের বিপরীতে আদালতে যেতে পারেন। আর বিএনপি যদি এটাকে রাজনীতিকরন করতে চাই, তবে দেশে সেনাবাহিনী ক্ষমতা নিয়ে নিবে এবং বর্তমান প্রধান মন্ত্রিকে ফাসিকাষ্টে ঝুলিয়ে দিবে ... প্রধানমন্ত্রী নিশ্চয় তার বাপের মত অসন্মানজনক মৃত্যু আশা করেন না।

বিডি আর হত্যাকান্ড নিয়ে বাংলাদেশের প্রধানমন্ত্রী দেশে-বিদেশে চরম অসস্থিকর অবস্থায় আছেন ...কেন যে জনগন নড়াচড়া দিচ্ছে না ...জনগন আধা মিলিমিটার নড়চড় করলেই আওয়ামী লীগ শত কিলোমিটার খাদে পড়বে ... তাই জনগন চুপচাপ আছে। শুধু নড়চড় করছে আমাদের বুদ্ধু প্রধানমন্ত্রী।

Farmar, I support your comment that, all should be trained, army should be in every house (peoples Army). But I do not support someone’s fashionable hatred against Defence Forces of BD. It has become a fashion or culture to talk against army. By defaming them we are collapsing their morale value and discouraging quality people from joining Army. But unfortunately we are not equally vocal against corruption of politicians, police, govt officials, journalists, judges etc etc. I would blame politicians first because in democracy they are the head of a country. If top leaders are honest all sectors will be bound to improve from corruption.

I do not mean that army is the 'Dhoa Tulshi Pata' but they are more disciplined, more professional and less corrupted than many sectors of this country. Who are doing the primary corruption in this country and who are behind creating unrest in the society everyday? Who are behind increasing gap between reach and poor?

Yes, I would not have commented if you would opine that we should disseminate Secretariat to distribute power in the country. We should put the Universities on the outskirt of the city. Airport should be away. Industries should be out of habitat area. But you are only isolating army, leaving others. And there by helping to reduce their capability and quality. And for a poor country like Bangladesh, who is going to pay for this demolition and rebuilding work to fulfill this less important demand?

So, better focus on the primary problems first. I can comment further that, after 1/11, political parties have at least come to know that they also can be hold accountable. What they were thinking so long that they are above law. What ever corruption they do, none can catch them.....that is the least but strategical achievement.

কান্টমেন্টে বসবাস নয় - ঢাকা কান্টমেন্টকেই শহরের বাহিরে পাঠানো উচিত।পিলখানাকেও সরানো উচিত।
তাহলে শহরের জানযট সমস্যার অনেক সমাধান হবে। ঢাকা শহরের উপড় দিয়ে সেনাবাহিণির পোষাক পড়ে গাড়ী হাকানো বন্ধ হবে।

...সম্পুরক প্রশ্ন, ক্যান্টনমেন্টে অবস্থিত পরিবারের ছেলে-মেয়েরা পাবলিক বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে পড়া শুনা করলে তাদের কেউ কেউ তো ছাত্রলীগ করতে পারে তখন কি হবে ...ঐ পরিবার কি থাকতে পারবে ক্যান্টনমেন্টে নাকি দিল্লির নির্দেশে তাদেরকেও সুধা সদনে জায়গা করে দিতে হবে ...
