It is Delwar who saved BNP from Saifur- Mannan gong by not joining MUA/DGFI sponsered so-called BNP SC meeting (Oct.29th, 2007) despite the threat were given by DGFI directores at that time (Brig. Gen.Amin & F. Bari). Because of him minus 2 formula were not fulfilled.
