The High Court has sent to the Chief Justice the petition filed by Khaleda Zia challenging the legality of a government notice, ordering her to leave her Cantonment residence. The order followed a submission by the former prime minister's lawyers that Begum Zia lacked confidence in the neutrality of the bench.
