সংবিধানের পঞ্চম সংশোধনী বাতিল হলেও বিসমিল্লাহ শব্দটি বাদ যাবে না বলে জানিয়েছেন আইনমন্ত্রী শফিক আহমেদ। বৃহস্পতিবার সচিবালয়ে সাংবাদিকদের তিনি বলেন, "সংবিধান থেকে বিসমিল্লাহ শব্দটি বাদ যাবে না। শব্দটি যেখানে ছিল সেখানেই থাকবে। এ শব্দটি কেউ স্পর্শ করতে পারবে না।"
