শাহজাহান আকন্দ শুভ: এপ্রিলের প্রথম সপ্তাহ থেকেই কলসেন্টারের লাইসেন্স দেবে বাংলাদেশ টেলিযোগাযোগ নিয়ন্ত্রণ কমিশন (বিটিআরসি)। এই লাইসেন্স সবার জন্য উš§ুক্ত থাকছে। লাইসেন্স দেয়ার ক্ষেত্রে কোনো সময় বেঁধে দিচ্ছে না বিটিআরসি। ট্রেড লাইসেন্স আছে এমন যেকোনো নাগরিক কলসেন্টার লাইসেন্স নিতে পারবেন। লাইসেন্স ফি ধরা হয়েছে ৫ হাজার টাকা। এ লক্ষ্যেই গতকাল বাংলাদেশ-চীন মৈত্রী সম্মেলন কেন্দ্রে বিটিআরসি গণশুনানি গ্রহণ করে। এতে ২ হাজারেরও বেশি মানুষ অংশগ্রহণ করে তাদের মতামত তুলে ধরেন।
