ভাতিজা হুদার পক্ষে সাফাই সাক্ষী দিলেন সালমান রহমান

রাজনৈতিকভাবে বৈরী স¤ক্সর্ক থাকলেও ভাতিজা সাবেক যোগাযোগমন্ত্রী ব্যারিষ্টার নাজমুল হুদার পক্ষে আদালতে সাফাই সাক্ষী দিলেন এফবিসিসিআইর সাবেক সভাপতি সালমান এফ রহমান। তিনি সাক্ষীর কাঠগড়ায় দাঁড়িয়ে বললেন, ‘তার সঙ্গে (নাজমুল হুদা) রাজনৈতিক সম্পর্ক বৈরী। আমার মেয়ের চল্লিশা করতে দোহারে যেতে দেননি ঠিক; কিন্তু যা সত্য, তা বলতেই আদালতে এসেছি। তবে আদালতে যাতে সাক্ষ্য দিতে না আসি, সে জন্য একটি মহল থেকে আমাকে হুমকি দেওয়া হয়েছে।’ এদিকে এ মামলায় গতকাল সাক্ষ্য গ্রহণ শেষ হওয়ার পরপরই যুক্তিতর্ক উপস্থাপনও শুরু হয়েছে। আজও যুক্তিতর্ক উপস্থাপন চলবে।

AL demands medical board with personal, hospital docs

Awami League (AL) yesterday demanded that the caretaker government arranges coordinated treatment for its detained chief Sheikh Hasina, by forming a medical team comprising her personal physicians and physicians from Square Hospital.

It also demanded that the government sends her to the US for treatment soon, heeding to the recommendations of the physicians.
