পার্লামেন্ট ভবনে স্থাপিত স্পেশাল জজ কোর্ট-১ এর বিচারক মোঃ ফিরোজ আলম আসামি পক্ষের আইনজীবীদের আবেদনের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে গতকাল শুনানি মুলতবি করেন। অসুস্থতার কারণে গতকাল শেখ হাসিনাকে কোর্টে হাজির না করায় আসামি পক্ষের আইনজীবীরা শুনানি মুলতবির দাবি করেছিলেন। শেখ হাসিনা উপস্থিত না থাকলেও মামলার অপর আসামি ড. তৌফিক এলাহী চৌধুরী এজলাসে উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
