How to sell my home online?

I had been trying to sell my apartment since 1 year to clear my housing loan and freed from monthly commitments. I had posted featured ad on http://www.dragg.in/classifieds/ and http://www.indiaproperty.com. But i did not get any response. Some one say how can i do that?
