Adequate knowledge on RAJUK (DMDP) approval matters, especially calculation of land properties, registration rules, Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and other legal issues etc. Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken. Documentation of all types of legal document. To be responsible for rendering legal judgment on land, regulatory, corporate and estate related issues. Checking the documents of the prospective proposed purchasing land. Drafting Various types of Agreement. Supervising ongoing cases at various courts. To coordinate with legal advisor regarding all legal issues. Preparing Legal Notices & Reply Legal opinion regarding land and others legal issues. Supply all the documents of the bank & Tax for the purpose of any kinds of Bank Mortgage & Income tax. Regular Collaboration with legal counsel
Proper understanding on Land Development for Joint Venture. Capable to review and evaluate land values for procurement. Capable of doing feasibility study regarding procurement of land. Capable of prompt and careful handling with the Land owners. Liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. authorities. Cross communication and collaboration functional.
