Responsibility

`Assistant Manager - Company Affairs` will report to the Group Managing Director and work under MD`s Office. The incumbent will be responsible for board affairs functions, build and foster effective relationship with board members, company`s offices and government regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Law (LLB), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
  • Must complete Chartered Secretary (Executive Level) from ICSB (Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh)
  • 4-6 years' experience in Company Affairs role
  • Must have good knowledge in RJSC, Company Law and other Business laws
  • Preferred Professional Certification: ICSB Certifications
  • Skills Required: Communication, Company Law, Drafting
