Responsibility

  • Development framework tools and templates to improve efficiency of learning & development activities in general,
  • Structure & development Epyllion Education to meet internal competency and sustainability need to business,
  • Conduct proper TNA and structure it into IDP (Individual Development Plan),
  • Monitor and Evaluate all the interventions for effectiveness and align with ROI,
  • Frame competency based training design, develop and implement,
  • Ensure Organization health through innovative program design/interventions and foster desired culture of growth, collaboration and innovation,
  • Asses deviations and areas for improvement and report to management and individual participants,
  • Structure online learning platform, develop content and deliver,
  • Conduct excel training and technology focused training (on analysis),
  • Carry Out any other job assigned by the management.
  • Qualifications

  • M.Ed; MSS (Economics, Psychology, Development Studies, MBA - HRM)
  • PGD in HRM/OD
  • Experience Requirement

  • 5 to 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Advance Excel, Health and Safety, Online Learning Management, TNA, TOT (Training of Teachers), Training Development and Delivery
