Responsibility

  • Receive and Promptly Respond to Customer Queries through chat
  • Solve issues through chat and escalate if needed
  • Generate leads (Collect contact information ) through chat
  • The Support executive will work from home for now and will work from office when the Covid 19 situation is over
  • The Support executive will work in shift and in roaster to cover 24x7 Support
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
