Responsibility

  • Appoint new distributor and sales representative for the company.
  • Ensure regular cash flow & products lifting by the distribution.
  • Continuously work with the Sales representative /DSM for increasing the sales.
  • Monitor order vs Delivery and ensure to keep the deviation within SOP by Motivating / working with DSM.
  • Achieve the sales target, daily. weekly and monthly basis (in terms of value wise)
  • Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company's products and services across the territory to achieve or exceed the sales targets.
  • Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures relating to the region are properly implemented to support the sales teams in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets.
  • Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales in the territory
  • Recommended the good personnel to appoint as SR in his territory.
  • Send SR / Distributor wise sales and stock report to Dealer Department daily basis.
  • Closely find the competitor' activities and report the authority duly.
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum Graduate in any discipline ( Business is Preferable)
