Responsibility

  • Mail Management including Courier, Incoming Call receiving & forwarding, Office Management Letter despatching both incoming & outgoing and send to concern person on time.
  • Operate telephone, PABX, answer call and transfer to the concerned Person.
  • In charge of all front desk operations.
  • Keeping message of the officers/ staffs in their absence.
  • Necessary Support providing to the administration as deemed appropriate.
  • Maintaining Daily officials In and Out time.
  • Manage front desk, communicate with the guest properly, receive incoming telephone calls, receive documents from other office etc. & any other job related to reception.
  • Coordinate with management team & other departments as per requirement.
  • Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
  • Any other responsibility directed by Top Management
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Excellent communication skill,Receptionist/ Front Desk
  • Experience Requirement

  • 2 to 3 year(s)
