  • Greet, assist and/or direct immigrants, visitors and the general public
  • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible
  • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
  • Support the Management and other employees with their requirements and urgencies
  • Perform receptionist functions with cordial attitude
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date and accurate filing system
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
  • Receive and deliver mails to the corresponding departments
  • Maintain healthy affiliations with all departments to maintain smooth workflow
  • Be responsible for ensuring a fresh, neat and presentable front area
  • Manage the office assistants for work requirements when necessary
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Qualifications

  • Graduation from reputed university
  • Skills Required: Computer Operator, Customer Support, Data Entry Operator/ Supervisor, Office Assistant, Receptionist/ Front Desk, Secretary, Telephone Operator
  • Experience Requirement

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Call Center, Customer Relation, Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Support through Phone, Customer Support/ Client Service, Front Desk, Reception
