Responsibility

  • Coordinate the international sales efforts in Southtech's chosen overseas markets.
  • Lead the International Sales Department and represent it various meetings and forums.
  • Work closely with Marketing team to best reflect Southtech's image in the chosen international markets.
  • Assign and monitor tasks of Account Managers.
  • Assign and monitor tasks of International Office Sales Personnel.
  • Have stand-up meetings with Account Managers.
  • Have coordination meetings with international sales staffs.
  • Review proposals.
  • Visit potential clients.
  • Ensure that HubSpot is kept updated.
  • Contact and meet suitable foreign partners for increasing sales potential of Southtech products.
  • Contact and meet suitable foreign partners whose products Southtech can sell.
  • Attend suitable conferences, seminars and represent Southtech.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelors and Master's degree in any subjects, preferably in International Sales/Marketing from a reputed university.

  • Remuneration and benefits package including competitive salary.
  • Two bonuses per year (per bonuses will be equal one month's basic salary).
  • Regular working hour: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
