Staff Manager for: HR & Admin Department Overall purposes of the role:
The HR Manager is responsible for all administrative and legal issues for the Programme ensuring that DCA is compliant with all statutory requirements. Develop and implement Human Resources strategies and initiatives aligned with DCA`s overall strategy. Ensure that all Human Resources related policies are in place, disseminated, fully implemented, and respected by all staff. Support the Country Director and Head of Support Services and all teams in Bangladesh to address any HR issues/ challenges that may arise from time to time.
Regardless of the content of this job description the employee is expected to participate in any task necessary for the organization always delegated by the manager.The HR Manager plays an active role in coordinating with the other sectors in the DCA Bangladesh Country Office, to ensure a joint, proportionate, and effective response.
