  • A. Recruitment and Induction/ Orientation
  • • Planning and executing recruitment strategy to meet staffing requirements of the organization;
  • • Facilitating entire recruitment cycle and participating in selection process (includes screening, profiling, scheduling
  • interviews and coordination with department heads);
  • • Completing pre and post recruitment formalities;
  • • Designing and facilitating induction / orientation programs.
  • B. HR Systems
  • • Design, update and maintain organization organogram;
  • • Update and maintain all employee information and records;
  • • Manage database for attendance, absence, leaves or all other related matters;
  • • Manage and conduct executive meetings;
  • • Manage transportation and all other related administrative needs;
  • C. HR Policies
  • • Prepare HR Policies and review existing policies and practices to ensure they are in compliance with the legal and
  • regulatory framework;
  • • Implementing HR Policies across the organization's programs and locations.
  • D. Performance Management Systems
  • • Providing guidance to staff on performance management, including conducting periodical orientation to the process;
  • • Managing the performance appraisal cycle, including setting up of objectives, mid-term review and final appraisal and
  • ratings;
  • • Facilitating and moderating outcomes in required cases;
  • • Handling disciplinary actions and procedures.
  • E. Rewards Management
  • • Reviewing and benchmarking staff salaries and benefits;
  • • Managing salary, training and staff welfare budgets;
  • • Coordinating with the Finance Division at appropriate stages, for implementing salary scales;
  • • Planning and implementing annual salary increments.
  • F. Training and Development; Legal Matters
  • • Setting-up and conducting training need analyses;
  • • Preparing the training plan and training calendar for specific period;
  • • Coordinating training workshops;
  • • Adhering to statutory compliances;
  • • Liaising with the Legal Advisor for statutory and legal issues relating to employment terms and conditions of staff;
  • • Enforcing adherence to legal and statutory requirements;
  • • Keeping management updated with the latest statutory requirements related to employment of staff.
  • Qualifications

  • MBA/ Masters from any reputed public University & PGDPM/ PGDHRM/ LLB
  • Experience Requirement

  • At least 10 year(s)
