Responsibility

  • Manage large amounts of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Receiving customers enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Qualifications

  • O Level, A Level, HSC, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Under graduation enrolled freshers with good English communication skill are encouraged to apply.
