Supervising overall IT activities.

Installing and configuring computer systems, OS & apps, printers, scanners, web camera, projectors

Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software & hardware faults

Repairing equipment and replacing parts of computers, printers, scanners, IP phone, web camera etc.

Installing antivirus protection

Fixing network faults at user-end

Talking to computer users to determine the nature of problems

Providing assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, word processing, e-mail and operating systems

Technical support for employees using the network

Basic knowledge on CCTV, Online UPS, UTP & Fiber Cabling, networking.

Logging customer/employee queries

Any other tasks assigned by the management & divisional head/reporting person

Diploma in CSE/EEE/ECE from any reputed Public/ Private University/institution/BTEB etc.
