Responsibility

  • Manage day to day delegation and prioritization of IT support tickets
  • Hire, mentor, train and grow IT support employees
  • Communicate current IT priorities in a clear and concise manner to management
  • e a technology best-practice evangelist. Lead by example the “hygienic” way to work with technology at Earnest
  • Provide full life cycle management of office workstations and laptops from purchasing and provisioning to asset tracking, maintenance and reclamation
  • Assist in security audits, incident response, disaster recovery and postmortems
  • Investigate and plan new technology solutions for ongoing issues or gaps in our current offering
  • Maintain high-quality, up-to-date documentation for Earnest hardware and software solutions
  • Manage a large subset of OUs in the Earnest Active Directory domain (ie. managing users, computers and security groups should be second nature)
  • Develop, test and roll out group policy objects within your AD realm to implement security and business requirements
  • Assist in security audits, incident response, disaster recovery and postmortems
