Responsibility

  • The Manager, People & Culture is expected to proactively develop a congenial environment within the organization. S/He will design and implement processes to bring in better efficiency in HR operations. S/He will make sure that the organizational culture is developed, and better employee experience is ensured.
  • The Manager, People & Culture is responsible for employment policies and procedures, overseeing payroll and rewards and recognition programs as well as managing workplace safety initiatives. Along with administering employee-benefit programs, his/her role involves finding, screening, recruiting new job applicants and developing training and development programs for all employees.
  • Activities will include but not limited to-
  • Consistently recruiting an excellent staff.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  • Training, counseling and coaching our staff
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties as well as compliance.
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
  • Creating clear and concise reports.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
  • Maintain an efficient documentation process as well as HRIS
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Experience Requirement

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    BPO/ Data Entry Firm, IT Enabled Service
