Must have experience in software based store management. Ability to work with ERP system.
Monitor department wise inventory level and issue SPR.
Store all raw materials, spare parts, finish goods, packing materials, waste cotton and other equipment properly; Ensuring all receive and delivery of materials are properly recorded and documented and maintain all required documents properly (gate pass, all types of challan, invoice, test standard, certificate etc).
Maintain close tie with procurement department, issue requisition, follow up materials in pipeline.
Maintain the overall store operation from coming materials to product delivery and initiating, coordinating regarding materials management.
Maintain liaison with Commercial, Production and all the department as required.
Checking physical inventory from time to time to cross match with the monthly inventory report.
Submit monthly MIS report with details information like production (count wise), Raw cotton received and issued for production, raw material consumptions, packing material received, issued and consumption, other store items received and consumption. Ensuring to make order reconciliation and submit this report as well as preparing report - Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly and yearly according to inventory flow movement and submit to the authority.
Co-operate external auditor/Special auditor at the time of conduct audit work of the company. Performing any other assignment as and when required by the management.
