  • To provide health care services in the hospital and health camp by maintaining proper clinic activity.
  • To help in the organization of the health camp.
  • To see the referral patients and give feedback & must have to perform USG.
  • To perform the OT as an assistant along with a specialist.
  • To help the international volunteers and doctors during their stay in the hospitals.
  • To manage the Friendship health service centers and supervise the activities of the clinical staff.
  • To give feedback to field and hospital staff.
  • To counsel the patients about health-related advice.
  • To help in establishing a referral network with different health centers.(GOB & other specialized)
  • To do advocacy on family planning services for the eligible couples.
  • To provide guidance and support to Lab Technologist, Medical assistant, Paramedic, Nurses, and other medical for Clinical record keeping.
  • Provide OJT for the medical staff.
  • To keep liaison and establish rapport with GOB, LGOB, Local leaders & stakeholders when and where required.
  • To follow guidance and instruction from Head Office management.
  • To make a plan and organize the training programme for the development of the project.
  • To compile, analyze, and finalize the monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on health activities.
  • Conduct proper BCC and advance visits before the fleet movement.
  • As a member of the project team, work should be done in coordination with colleagues to ensure high-quality support to the projects and excellence within the organization.
  • Any work set within the reason and means by the authority of the organization.
  • Qualifications

  • MBBS degree from recognized Medical College.
  • BM&DC Registration certificate.
