Responsibility

  • Must have the capability to assist his superior/ Manager.
  • Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of workplace.
  • Assist the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all position.
  • Assist organization staff by helping interviewing, testing & recruiting program, conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Help to maintain historical Human Resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping post and current records.
  • Propose improvements in the existing transport management system.
  • Liaison with external agencies (police/ municipalities/corporation/premise security agencies).
  • Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Skills Required: Administration, HR, Security Management
