Responsibility

  • Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and ensuring it is handled appropriately and as per company policy.
  • Create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt.
  • Communicate with clients to build and maintain a strong working relationship
  • Implement credit policies and procedures that retain a smooth running of the department and avoid excessive credit limits.
  • Customer reception and handling.
  • Develop and maintain good relation with customer
  • Provide excellent service and satisfactory information to the customer
  • Keep regular communication with existing clients of the company for future prospect generation.
  • Maintain call reports and daily work schedules.
  • Assist other team members/executives in daily execution of works.
  • Provide regular updated report as per requirement of the Team Manager on the above activities
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Experience Requirement
