Complete management of construction project site which includes but not limited to lead the project site team, facilitate top management for proper planning and timely execution of the project works, ensure plan wise timely availability of materials, workforce, equipment, and other supports at site, coordinate with subcontractors / suppliers to ensure plan wise work progress, coordinate with local community to support the project work, and regular updating top management about the overall status of project site

Key contact person for construction project site to deal with procuring entity, consultant, and any other external affiliate
• Ensure quality of materials and quality of workmanship at site as per the specifications and terms & conditions mentioned in purchase / work orders, and endorse accordingly
Final review from project site of any requisition, challan, and bills and endorse accordingly
