  • Leading, controlling and managing regional offices and approximate-12 Health Centers in each region.
  • Disseminating head office's policies and guidelines to the regional office and health centers.
  • Supervising, inspecting, monitoring and following up the activities of HealthCenters under Regional Office on regular basis.
  • Generating, suggesting, developing new/creative ideas for improvement of GK healthcare program.
  • Leading the efforts to ensure that the Health Centers can be self-sustained for operating within the area of responsibilities.
  • Co-ordinate with local authorities, organizations and officials for obtaining cooperation/ permission for smooth operation of Health Centers under the Regional Office.
  • Arranging and pursuing health camps for extending quality healthcare to the less privileged population in remote areas by qualified doctors;
  • Recruiting staffs of the health centers locally under GK's policy guidelines.
  • Preparing yearly budget, long and short-term plan for health centers and Regional Offices.
  • Monitoring continuous flow of patients in different Health Centers and provide daily/weekly updates on the Health Centersto the head office.
  • In close coordination with the services department, procuring/arranging all necessary items/services required for smooth operation of the Regional Office and Health Centers.
  • Where necessary, coach and motivate staffs to ensure they are confident and competent in their roles.
  • Ensure that appropriate filing and documentation systems are in place, adhered to, and that information is secure.
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure that budget limits are not exceeded and all activities can be achieved within the resources available.
  • Conducting performance appraisals of the staffs of Regional office and Health Centersand reporting disciplinary and other issues with the senior management of GK.
  • Promptly advise the senior management of any significant risks that may lead to complications in managing the health centers.
  • Routinely administer discipline of the staffs and ensure a congenial working atmosphere prevails throughout.
  • Any other tasks to be assigned by the higher authority.
  • Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • MA/ MSC/ MSS
