Prepare regional sales plans and target in alignment with business objectives.
Report to management on regional sales results and forecast of quarterly and annual turnover.
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
Identify potential customers and build strong relationship with existing customers.
Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback.
Directly & indirectly manage a team of 20 people consists of area manager, service engineer and recovery officer. Arrange and monitor different customer engagement initiatives. Engagement with govt. & non-govt. agricultural wings through visiting and involving them as technology expansion partners.
