Sales Planning and ensuring implementation of goals and expectations through regular monitoring of modern Trade and Corporate. Develop and implement effective sales strategies of Cosmetics & Toiletries Products in Modem Trade and Corporate.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts of Modern Trade and Corporate.
Organize and schedule regular outlet and client's visits;
Maintain art influential relation with Modern Trade personnel (mainly - Agro., Shwapno, Meena Bazar and other). Monitor implementation of all policies, system related guideline and control mechanisms provided by management
Ensure secondary/primary sales of designated super shop and product promotion management
Ensure stock & visibility in shop's shelf and gondola rack;
Ensure area sales volume is achieved through proper planning, execution, regular sales Tracking and drive.
Supervise and mentoring field force and ensure merchandising in super shops &optimum display of company's product Maintain desired levels of people productivity at the assigned Outlets.
Provide information about the growth, expansion and other feedback of assign. shop.
Monitor the market activities 8, inform accordingly.
