Develop and implement effective sales strategies of Cosmetics & Toiletries Products.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Plan, arrange and execute promotional activities of all products.
Dealer setup, monitoring and organizing the distributor for placing the product smoothly.
Visit Territories to ensure that Sales Forces are getting appropriate guidelines, motivation and support.
Must manage the relationship with existing and potential clients.
Inspire the team to achieve targets fixed by the company.
Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
To ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing and submit daily work reports, on regular basis.
