Identify new referral sources plus follow up with ejected clients to find out needs to re-establish relation. Brick-wall loyal customer to protect current and future business. Share scientific knowledge and information to various customers on services. Organize scientific events (CME, RTD etc.) to develop customer. Initiate and manage various projects and business-related activities. Support customer as per requirement to create value. Monitor competitor activity and share reports. Maintain relation with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure reporting of complaints, queries and customer feedback within 1 business day. Maintain and protect SOP, compliance and core values of the organization.
