  • Responsible for business development in responsible area.
  • Maintain contact with all prime targeted referral sources.
  • Identify new referral sources plus follow up with ejected clients to find out needs to re-establish relation.
  • Brick-wall loyal customer to protect current and future business.
  • Share scientific knowledge and information to various customers on services.
  • Organize scientific events (CME, RTD etc.) to develop customer.
  • Initiate and manage various projects and business-related activities.
  • Support customer as per requirement to create value.
  • Monitor competitor activity and share reports.
  • Maintain relation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure reporting of complaints, queries and customer feedback within 1 business day.
  • Maintain and protect SOP, compliance and core values of the organization.
  • Qualifications

  • Graduate or Post-graduate in Science background from a reputed University/ Institute
