  • Review, modify as needed and ensure financial projection are accurate, realistic, cost-effective and aligned with compliance standards with BRAC Strategy and overall goals.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual financial progress reports and statutory accounts as required.
  • Improve general financial management and reporting procedures.
  • Develop capacity on financial management, transparency, accountability and knowledge sharing.
  • Assist to forecast and develop budgets, financial and business plans for programmes.
  • Develop budget linked plans and monitoring mechanism.
  • Maintain accounts of Programme Support Enterprises (PSE) as per BRAC rules and regulations
  • Follow up and address issues identified in BRAC financial reports and Audit observations
  • Qualifications

  • Masters/ MBA major in Finance/ Accounting from any reputed university or institutions with minimum 2nd division/ class in all academic examinations
