Responsibility

  • A Proactive and innovative role in Front Desk for office management, communication, public relations, introduction and management of a computerized filing system.
  • To maintain Front Office including incoming and outgoing calls through PABX.
  • To supervise Support Staff.
  • Regular communication with Customers for minimizing any discrepancy.
  • Communicating with prospective clients
  • Coordinate Promotional Work.
  • Build up strong relationship with the customers.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities..
  • To maintain and coordinate dispatch of various documents.
  • To provide and support required Management Information System.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
