Capable of formulating & effective implementation policies regarding the HR, Admin, Compliance & Security affairs of the factory.Sound knowledge on fire prevention, firefighting at Factory Building/Premises. Ability to collect, organize and analyze the information in order to achieve a sound security system of the factories & recommend the best possible course of action for the MD. Monitor, Supervise and Ensure logistic support to various departments including transportation. Liaison with other Govt. and non Govt. organizations as and when required.Ensuring Recruitment & Selections as per set criteria and Company policy and Law of the Land.Ensuring proper training is conducted as per need- basis of the employer on regular basis.Planning, receiving and forecasting of Human Resources requirements and prepare Job profile.Plan & execute internal & external communication with stake holders. Any other assignment assigned by the Management from time to time.
