Responsibility
Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues to the users.Administrate infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Routers, Switches, firewalls, and other equipment.Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.Server Maintenance (DNS, Virtualization [VMWare, KVM, Xen], Cacti, nagios, Smokeping, Observium etc).Manage Windows Services: Active Directory, File/Print Services, Exchange/Zimbra mail, Antivirus, Software delivery, Collaboration, Remote Desktop etc.Manage Windows Servers Administration: AD administrations, group policy, user access, patch management, file & print server administration, antivirus server administration etc.Install Operating system, application software, Antivirus when necessary.Setup, maintenance and troubleshoot of equipment in Data Center by maintaining the Data Center Policy.Follow the IT policy and SOP to ensure quality of services.
